See your running form in 3D! Based on your Gait Category you are given specific drills and cues to help elevate your running game and potentially prevent injuries. This also includes a 4-6 week Gait Retraining program though the RunDNA app that come with detailed explanations and videos as well as graded feedback. - 1x 60 minute Follow-Up Gait Retraining ($200)
this session is to check the progression of the running form. This will include another 3D Capture and analysis and answer any questions regarding the program workouts. - 1x 15 minute Gait Screen: 15-20 minute Gait Screen ($100)
a single 3D Capture to re-check the progress of the running form. - 1x 30 minute RunCare Recovery massage ($60)
utilizing sports massage and TECAR therapy to assist in the body’s recovery from a workout or hard effort run.
